Job Responsibilities
- As an Electronics Engineer, you will perform the following Duties & Responsibilities:
- Leading, planning, designing, organizing, implementing and managing a Manufacturing Project independently.
- To carry out project planning and prepare relevant budgets.
- To operate R&D, test theoretical design and develop new systems, circuits and devices by using the most modern technology.
- To ascertain and write technical specifications & reports and follow defined development processes.
- Systematically improve the detailed design of an electronic device or equipment.
- To ensure that a product is working with devices developed by others, can be made again reliably and can perform consistently in specified operating system or environments.
- To create users-friendly interfaces against a product or device.
- To ensure that standard safety regulations are met.
- To supervise all relevant technicians, craftspeople and others as applicable.
- Other Duties & Responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE, Master of Science (MSc) in EEE
- Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

- Should have good organizational, project management and leadership skills.
- Should have a high level of technical knowledge and IT skills.
- Should have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Should have strategic thinking and commercial awareness of mobile phone industries.
- Should have good verbal and written communication skills in both English & Bengali.
- Should have well efficiency & ability to work in a multidisciplinary working environment.
- Should have clear understanding in electronics and electrical health & safety legislation.
- Should be patient, target oriented and have the mentality to work under stress.
- Should be self-motivated and ready to take challenges.
