Job Responsibilities

Assist Engineers in identifying appropriate tools and equipment which may improve work method and productivity.
Assist Engineer in optimizing the maintenance schedule and give feedback on effectiveness of preventive maintenance activities.
Overall responsibility of Operation & maintenance Services, Maintenance planning, implementing & maintaining maintenance management system
Participate in troubleshooting and failure analysis to ensure that problem doesn't repeat again.
Execution of scheduled, routine, predictive and corrective maintenance activities.
Coordinate with other maintenance supervisors for smoother execution.
Report work progress and budget matters to authority.
Any other task assign by management.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from any reputed Institute specially government institution with excellent background.

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 year(s)
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

Applicants are experienced in "Electrical & Mechanical Installation and Maintenance will get preference.
Working experience as CC TV Camera Operator in any Organization will be more preferable.
Should have General Idea on Electrical and Electronics.
Have the mentality to work in a team proactively.
Must have good communication skill
Candidates have to work under pressure.
Strong interpersonal skill.
Only males are allowed to apply
Have positive mentality to stay at factory.

Tk. 8000 - 10000 (Monthly)

Salary Review: Yearly
Festival Bonus: 2(Yearly)
