Job Responsibilities
- Monitoring, supervision on all electromechanical work and maintenance work for commercial buildings.
- Must be practical experience of Installation, testing and commissioning work of HVAC equipment (Air/Water Cooled Chiller, Cooling Tower, Pump, WTP, AHU, FCU, Piping, Ducting, Ventilation System, Safety and Measuring Device etc.)
- Practical experience of Installation, testing and commissioning work of Fire protection & Detection, Plumbing, Ventilation equipment
- Prepared, Study and modify existing design by AutoCAD as per requirement by management.
- knowledge of HVAC, Electrical & fire safety, plumbing drawing & design in commercial and residential high rise building triplex, duplex & others flat etc. (Ref. AHRI, ASHRAE, BNBC, NEC, IEC & NFPA etc.).
- Must be handling capability of Contractor, Supplier and technicians.
- Offer collect and negotiation with suppler/vendor for select of best product (Spare parts/materials) as per require specification.
- To be prepared and maintain all documentation work (Estimate, budget, Log Book, Register, Note sheet, CS, Work Order, Bill, Adjustment etc.) as per requirement.
- Updated and good communication skill (by mobile/email/internet and others) with management, colleges, projects, supplier, contractor and subordinate.
- To liaison with various offices DESCO, DPDC, BREB for related work for all projects.
- Work support mentality as 24X7 for the emergency situations.
- Any Other's duties as when assign by Management.

Educational Requirements
- B.Sc In Mechanical Engineering or RAC Engineering from any from public/ UGC approved Institute.
Experience Requirements
- 8 to 12 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Planning, Installation/ Erection, Operation & Maintenance, Service/ support - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms, Group of Companies, HVAC System, Real Estate, Shopping mall
Additional Requirements
- Age 30 to 40 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Minimum 8 years practical experience in relevant field with B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from public/UGC approved Institute or Minimum 12 years practical experience with Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC)/Mechanical/ Power (RAC) from public Institute only.
